Use those details as a comparison point, and do not assume every piece in the same fabric comes in the same size or finish.
Duja Al-Lail: plain everyday pieces and occasion styles
Duja Al-Lail is a fabric name used in Shailah's collections, distinct from cotton voile. Plain pieces such as DS4-74 are described as comfortable, light and suited to home and everyday wear. Occasion pieces such as Layal LL-03 carry white detailing on all four edges. The fabric name does not mean a piece is black-only or meant only for occasions, so check the colour and description of each piece.
Three checks before choosing
- Length and width: compare them with a shayla you already know fits you. Some pieces are listed in more than one size; LL-03, for example, is 214 cm long and 69 cm or 106 cm wide.
- Coverage: review the photographs and the wrapping style. Colour alone does not establish opacity.
- Detail placement: choose a plain piece for simple styling, or decide where you want the decoration to sit.
